Terms and Conditions of Service delivery (e-Purohit)
The Performer has to ensure that he is logged in at the requested time
The Performer has to ensure that all the equipment involved are in good working condition.
While requesting / booking the service, the performer has to enter the date & timings in IST (Indian Standard Time) only
The role of the Purohit would be restricted to helping the Karta perform the ritual with complete adherence.
Cancellation facility from the customer's end is not available. However, due to extreme climatic / weather conditions, hostile political environment, unavoidable circumstances like theetu / aashowcham , the customer may request an alternate date and time (in IST only). Only one such request would be accommodated.
The focus should be on completing the ritual
Kartas are requested to double check the information as the rituals would be carried out based on the information provided.
